It is a reality that along life's road, we need to interact with others on many different levels and it is perfectly normal for there to be the odd disagreement in the relationships. Surely, we are not always going to agree with each other. Disagreements are healthy when we challenge each other to gain another perspective and to understand the other's point of view.
